A new series of projects shaping new futures in Textiles, Technology & Bio Design
Fabricademy 2025โ26 has officially come to an end, featuring 40 unique final projects from a global community of innovators. This yearโs work expanded the boundaries of soft fabrication, material research, and open innovation.
From botanical dye applications and AI-integrated weaving looms to modular reconfigurable garments, bio-inspired interactive installations, wearables with integrated solar panels, and 3D-printed clay, our graduates investigated new relationships between craft, technology, and sustainability. Projects also explored more-than-human design for marine ecosytems, fish skin materials, 3D-printed heritage and wool-based solutions.
